DESCRIPTION:Edward Korry CHE\, CWE\, CSS will lead a seminar on “Dessert Wines: Nectar of the Gods” showcasing 8 wines coming from Spain\, Italy\, France\, Portugal and Greece during the 41st Society of Wine Educators annual conference. A special emphasis will be given to Roussillon Fortified Sweet Wines\, as Edward will share his fresh experience following his visit to Roussillon in June. This will be a unique opportunity for the 75 educators attending the event to learn more about the region that invented the ‘mutage’ process!
