Eric Aracil, co-director in charge of exports at the Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins du Roussillon (CIVR), will be presenting a masterclass on Roussillon’s white wines and the extraordinary diversity of the soils and varietals which give each wine its particular characteristics.

He will explore dry and fortified sweet wines from AOP and IGP appellations represented by 8 wines from 8 different producers.
